Every kid, coach, volunteer, and family member is treated with respect. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated in any program.
All coaches, staff, and volunteers pass a background check and complete safeguarding training before working with kids.
We coach good sportsmanship as seriously as we coach tennis — wins and losses are handled with grace, on and off court.
Any concern can be raised confidentially with a program director or by emailing hello@levelthenet.org. We take every report seriously.
