Every coach and regular volunteer completes a criminal background check and child-safeguarding training before working directly with kids.
No coach or volunteer is ever alone with a child. Every session and school visit is staffed with at least two vetted adults.
Any safeguarding concern, no matter how small, can be reported confidentially to our safeguarding lead at hello@levelthenet.org.
