Volunteer or Coach
Every one of our coaches started as a volunteer. We'll train you — you just need to show up and care about kids.
Coach a clinic
Lead or assist a First Swing or Rise Up session. No teaching certification required — we run a short onboarding for every new coach.
Support Tennis To You
Help set up pop-up nets and assist coaches during school visits. Great for a flexible, occasional commitment.
Event volunteer
Help run check-in, snacks, and logistics at tournaments and showcases — a low-commitment way to get involved.
What you get out of it.
Verified service hours
We log and sign off on hours for school, scholarship, or National Honor Society requirements — just ask your program lead.
Paid coaching roles
Experienced volunteers can move into paid part-time coaching positions, especially for Rise Up small-group sessions.
Community & connection
Join a tight-knit group of coaches and mentors, with socials and coach meetups throughout the season.
